Pete has over a decade in corporate finance, management consulting and general management. He has worked with businesses ranging from privately owned to ASX listed entities.

Pete specialises in corporate advisory including Merger & Acquisition (M&A) advisory (sell side, buy side and capital raise advisory), Strategic Review and Implementation and Scale Advisory.

Pete is a commercial, pragmatic and efficient advisor with expertise in agribusiness and sustainability.

Raised c.$30m for an Australian climate technology business from a range of impact investors, venture capital firms, family offices, corporate venture capital firms (CVC) and high net worth individuals;
Advised Outback Spirit Tours on their sale to Quadrant Private Equity’s platform asset Journey Beyond; and
Advised FoodStorm on their sale to Instacart.

Sector experience

Pete is deeply passionate and active in the Australian Agribusiness Industry.

He has experience across many verticals in this sector including broadacre farming, livestock, irrigation, horticulture, stockfeed, aquaculture, AgTech and FoodTech.

Pete also has a strong passion for and experience in the ESG sector, having advised and worked with businesses in sustainable packaging, biopolymers, edible packaging, and water efficiency.

Pete has a robust network of business owners, industry bodies, private equity, family office, corporates and venture capital. His background, inherent knowledge, years of experience and passion has helped build him into an authentic, credible, respected and trusted advisor in this industry.

Community involvement

Pete was formerly Chair of the Victorian Farmers Federation Young Agribusiness Professionals Group and a council member of the Young Farmers Ministerial Advisory Council for the Victorian State Government.
